Home-Start Hillingdon

I was a Home Start volunteer some time ago and am now a fairly new trustee. I am happily divorced with two grown up children, one who lives at home with me. I work for the local council and, when I retire in a couple of years, I would like to return to being a home visit volunteer because I believe the early years of our lives are just so important.

My main hobby is country walking so my ideal holiday is the Lake District or Yorkshire etc. I have done several long distance sponsored walks for a local hospice. I also enjoy reading, the theatre and vegetarian food.
